Step 1

Heat a large pot on medium.

Step 2

Add garlic, ginger , bell pepper and mushrooms.

Step 3

Cook, stirring, until garlic and ginger are fragrant, about 1 minute.

Step 4

Stir in honey and soy sauce and bring to a boil.

Step 5

Add broccoli and 1/3 cup water.

Step 6

Cover, bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, adding additional water as needed.

Step 7

Remove from heat and serve.

Lovely combination of ingredients. Looks & Tastes great. I made the sauce ahead of time then just brought it to a boil, added the broccoli, covered for only 4 minutes, perfect. Will make again for sure.
