Step 1: Heat a large pot on medium.
Step 2: Add garlic, ginger , bell pepper and mushrooms.
Step 3: Cook, stirring, until garlic and ginger are fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 4: Stir in honey and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
Step 5: Add broccoli and 1/3 cup water.
Step 6: Cover, bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, adding additional water as needed.
Step 7: Remove from heat and serve.
