The ingredients are:
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh ginger (1 piece, 1/2-inch, peeled and minced)
  • 3 ounces red bell pepper (sliced, 1/2 pepper)
  • 8 ounce cremini mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/4 pounds broccoli (1 head, trimmed and cut into bit-size pieces)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat a large pot on medium.

  • Step 2: Add garlic, ginger , bell pepper and mushrooms.

  • Step 3: Cook, stirring, until garlic and ginger are fragrant, about 1 minute.

  • Step 4: Stir in honey and soy sauce and bring to a boil.

  • Step 5: Add broccoli and 1/3 cup water.

  • Step 6: Cover, bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, adding additional water as needed.

  • Step 7: Remove from heat and serve.
