Step by Step Method
Step 1
Drain beans and marinate in dressing made with the oil, vinegar, sugar, and red pepper (or Tabasco). Marinate a couple of hours or overnight.
Step 2
Shortly before serving, add the celery and onion.

Drain off most of the marinade. Toss and serve.
