"A very quick and easy side dish of vegetables to serve. I made this once many years back, and have since made a few changes. My family loved this so much I decided to post it for others to hopefully enjoy."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook the beans in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender and drain.

Step 2

Place the garlic, parsley, vinegar and oil in a screw-top jar. Secure the lid. Shake to combine.

Step 3

Place beans on platter. Pour over garlic mixture add toasted almonds and serve.

Oh my, these beans are so delicious! Used a dark balsamic (syrupy) from Santa Fe, parsley and garlic from my garden. Served as part of a dinner party and was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
