Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut the Squash in half through the stem-remove the seeds and wash.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Step 3
Put a small amount of water in the bottom of a pyrex dish.
Step 4
Place the squash cut side down and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from the oven-pour off the water.
Step 6
Mix the rest of the ingredients together and stuff into the the squash side up, squash halves.
Step 7
Bake for 30 or more minutes - until the apples and squash are soft.
