Step 1
Combine cornstarch, sugar and juice from pineapple chunks, (if using crushed pineapple add it all at once), in a medium saucepan; stir in water, vinegar and soy sauce, cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes. Add pineapple chunks and green pepper, heat through, about 5 minutes and use as desired.
