"This is a family-friendly finger food, great with marinara dip. It makes a lot, so it's good for parties and potlucks. I don't typically make that many if it's just for a snack at home. I have one kid who LOVES black olives and one kid who HATES black olives. I make some with them, and some without them."

What a yummy appy dish...I used pineapple tidbits instead of olives...I also used the sandwich size pepperoni...we enjoyed it with pizza sauce...made for "Billboard" and "B'Zazzled" tag games...

These are delicious wee bites! I used Mexican salami, roasted red pepper and mozzarella. Made half the recipe and with the remainder filling I added sour cream to make a dip for veggies/chips. We both agreed that this recipe is delightful either way. Thank you for sharing NELady! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

These are great little appys. I used pepperoni and mozzarella......both favorites here. My DD likes black olives, my SIL likes green stuffed olives, and I'm not big for we had an assortment to choose from. I also served them with crackers (as in your photo) but most never made it onto crackers. lol. We really enjoyed these and they will be on my appy menu again. Thanks for sharing.
