This salad a great addition to our Mother's Day gathering. Served in a crystal salad bowl looked lovely and tasted like springtime! The strawberries are so super good this year, the spinach lush making for one great special day salad. I was unable to find the raspberry vinegar so improvised adding in juice from my home canned Brandywine raspberries. Will be looking for that vinegar next trip to the city. Great salad.Thank you Linda!
