Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place oatmeal, milk, egg and brown sugar blend together in a bowl and stir until blended. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Gently stir in flours and baking powder.

Step 3

Fold in strawberries.

Step 4

Heat lightly oiled griddle and drop pancake batter by 1/2 cup per pancake.

Step 5

When bubbles form all over the pancake, flip the pancake and brown other side. Repeat with remaining batter.

Step 6

Serve with butter and sugar-free syrup or no sugar added strawberry preserves, if desired.

Loved these pancakes Sue! I used oat flour instead of the others, and substituted Almond milk because of my milk allergy. Thank you for another great choice for me to have for breakfast! Linda

MeganMuffins

I used original Almond milk and regular sugar. We loved having them with the strawberries and we used maple syrup and butter. My lil guy was in pancake heaven and whistling as he ate!
