"I'm really into smoothies these days, esp those that use oats as an ingredient. For the most part, they're healthy, easy-fixes that taste great & quash your appetite. Found at anutritionisteatsdotcom (created by Emily), this one ticks all the boxes I just mentioned & reminded me of strawberry cheesecake. As written, the recipe said it was 1 serving. BUT given there are 3 cups of ingredients, it was my opinion that 2 servings was a more likely yield. Enjoy! -- Edited to Add: Now that I've made this smoothie, I can verify this will make 2 servings for a normal humanoid or 1 serving for a SMOOTHIE SUPER HERO! :-)"

Original is 2 servings

Smells Like Salad

Delicious and super quick to make! Local honey and I added a little bit of crushed ice. I found Step #1 to be helpful-adding the oatmeal and liquid first and blending well. I have to remember that! Made for the FYC tag game.
