"I created this grinder in 2013. Originaly it was made with the pork, hence the name squealer. My body has developed an intolerence for pork ( hope it is short lived ) so I started making these with beef. Both meats make an excelent sandwich. Step by Step Method
Step 1
Chop the onion, pickle and hot peppers. ( use a knife or food processer ) until the consistancy of a relish.
Step 2
Course chop the bacon and place in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Sweat bacon in skillet until glistening and just starting to brown.
Step 4
Add burger and brown.
Step 5
Add relish and cook until burger is well browned.
Step 6
Prep rolls:

Split open steak rolls.
Step 8
Add mustard, mayo, pepperjack cheese and dill pickle to each roll.
Step 9
Fill each roll with half the meat mixture and serve.

Salt and fresh ground pepper can be added prior to consuming.
