Step 1: Chop the onion, pickle and hot peppers. ( use a knife or food processer ) until the consistancy of a relish.
Step 2: Course chop the bacon and place in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 3: Sweat bacon in skillet until glistening and just starting to brown.
Step 4: Add burger and brown.
Step 5: Add relish and cook until burger is well browned.
Step 6: Prep rolls:
Step 7: Split open steak rolls.
Step 8: Add mustard, mayo, pepperjack cheese and dill pickle to each roll.
Step 9: Fill each roll with half the meat mixture and serve.

Step 11: Salt and fresh ground pepper can be added prior to consuming.
