Preheat oven to 325F
Mix all the meatloaf ingredients together and pack into a 5"x9" loaf pan; bake for 1 hour & 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, turn out of pan onto an ovenproof serving platter.

Delicious! Closest recipe I have tried that resembles what I grew up eating. I let it sit for about 20 minutes and then cut it to make it easier to slice into beautiful pieces that didn't fall apart.
Great texture, great taste, great meatloaf down to the last piece!
Simple to make is always good but not as good as this meatloaf. We love everything about it! Taste, texture, topping to name a few. My husband had 3 pieces, so you know it's gonna be made again!
We liked this meatloaf! It was really firm and held together well while cutting. The sauce was good on the top and screamed comfort as we ate!
I figured it was time I get in here and do some of my reviews and I didn't want to forget this delicious meatloaf. It was so good that my kids licked their plates and asked for more. It is comfort on a plate served with mashed potatoes, applesauce and a pea, carrot, and mushroom veggie mix!
We inhaled this meatloaf and we thought it was incredibly delicious! My girls asked for more, which is unusual for them and I was so happy to see them eat every bite on their plates!
