I made this adding vegetables and leftover roast beef and it worked great. It did take longer for the rice to cook through, but it was delicious. Made for the Pick Me! Recipe Tag Game.

I followed this recipe exactly and had to put it back in the oven, it took 1 hour to cook the rice. Too late for our meal, so reheated it for the next evening meal, it did have lovely flavour and did reheat nicely. I did use 1/2 cup of long grain rice and used exactly the other ingredients and baked it at 375f as instructed..
