" If you love blue cheese you will love this salad. I had this recipe tucked away in the back of my salad cookbook - I have no idea where I got it. The dressing is excellent on other salads as well"

Step 1

In a jar with a lid pour in the olive oil, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, salt and peppr, Shake the jar well to mix the ingredients

Step 2

Toss together in a large bowl the spinach, apples, onion, blue cheese and pecans

Step 3

Do not pour on the dressing until just before serving or pour the dressing in a carafe and serve at the table

Wonderfull salad Bergy! love the blue cheese, and all the rest of it just seemed to fit together just right, crisp, creamy and crunchy all at once. Loved the dressing too, thanks for sharing a keeper, we'll be doing this one again!
