Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a shallow salad bowl arrange the spinach. Layer with cumbers, then the radishes, onion and egg. Spread the dressing over the top. Cover and chill overnight.
Step 2
Before serving, sprinkle with bacon and peanuts.
Step 3
To serve, list out portions with salad spoon and fork being careful to pick up all layers.
