Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a shallow salad bowl arrange the spinach. Layer with cumbers, then the radishes, onion and egg. Spread the dressing over the top. Cover and chill overnight.

Step 2

Before serving, sprinkle with bacon and peanuts.

Step 3

To serve, list out portions with salad spoon and fork being careful to pick up all layers.

We love this salad! Made it first thing in the morning and refrigerated it until dinner. The only thing I did differently was to mix the salad before serving as DH likes it that way.
