"This dressing is kind of a cross between ranch and Caesar. It is a bit lighter, so the flavor of the greens shine through."

Love, love this salad. The dressing is the star and after making this version, I don't think I need to look any further for Caesar dressing. You're right, Breezer, it's kind of a cross between Caesar and ranch, but I taste more of Caesar. The radishes at the market didn't look so good, so skipped and added some thinly sliced red onion and also added some croutons. YUM! Thank you, Breezer, for sharing. Made it for FYC.
