  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 cups spinach leaves (baby)
  • 4 cups arugula leaves (baby)
  • 3/4 cup turnips (matchstick cut or shredded, divided)
