"This is just a nice alternative to the traditional ranch or vegetable dip. It is one of my favorite recipes to use with a vegetable platter. And my favorite to serve this dip, especially for parties is with a roasted vegetable platter. Simply roast your favorite vegetables such as; onions, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, small whole carrots, artichoke hearts, and squash. This dip is the perfect dip for those."
