  • 1 teaspoon capers, lightly chopped

  • 1 scallion, chopped fine (white and green parts)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)
  • Salt and pepper

  • Chives or scallions
