Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt butter in pan. Add onion and cook until soft.
Step 2
Stir together the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, 3/4 cup Jack cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, Tabasco, and onion mixture until well blended. Season with salt to taste.
Step 3
Spread mixture into an ungreased 9x13 inch dish. Sprinkle rest of cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes, or until bubbly. Remove from oven and serve warm with crackers.
