The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • 6 ounces yellow onion (finely chopped, 1 medium onion)
  • 5 ounces frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts (drained and finely chopped)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese (grated, 1 cup, divided use)
  • 3 1/2 ounces Parmesan cheese (grated, 1 cup, divided use)
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (GREEN Tabasco sauce)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in pan. Add onion and cook until soft.

  • Step 2: Stir together the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, 3/4 cup Jack cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, Tabasco, and onion mixture until well blended. Season with salt to taste.

  • Step 3: Spread mixture into an ungreased 9x13 inch dish. Sprinkle rest of cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes, or until bubbly. Remove from oven and serve warm with crackers.
