Step by Step Method

Step 1

Rinse chicken wings and pat dry.

Step 2

Remove tips and separate drumettes and flats.

Step 3

Brush with a small amount of olive oil

Step 4

Season to taste and place on a rimmed baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 5

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes on each side.

Step 6

In a small bowl

Combine honey, peanut butter, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and garlic and mix until smooth.

Step 8

Combine baked chicken wings with sauce and toss well to coat. Saving some to dip

OMG still licking my lips just thinking of this and would recommend to give it a try even if only for the sauce and stir through or pour over your cooked meat. It is sweet but has a pleasant kick of spice with that peanut taste and since I used crunchy I also had that crunch of peanut. If doing wings be prepared to lick your fingers or have lot of napkins and finger bowls. Thank you Dee made for For Your Consideration tag game at FF&F.
