Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except for shrimp in a large plastic bag.

Add shrimp and mix making sure all shrimp are coated.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Step 4

Place six shrimp per skewer.

Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray and add skewers.

Cook in a preheated 425 degree fahrenheit oven for 8 to 10 minutes, turning after 5, until cooked.

First time ever cooking shrimp skewers — my kids requested shrimp and I never make it because my husband is allergic, but decided to make them their own dinner tonight. Loved this shrimp because it was so easy to make! It’s fool-proof. And the kids devoured it, told me it was amazing and that we should have it every night.
