"These are delicious skewers I make in the winter time when the BBQ is covered in snow. These are just as good as grilled skewers, if not better. the prep time listed does not include the marinating time."

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except for shrimp in a large plastic bag.
Step 2
Add shrimp and mix making sure all shrimp are coated.
Step 3
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Step 4
Place six shrimp per skewer.
Step 5
Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray and add skewers.
Step 6
Cook in a preheated 425 degree fahrenheit oven for 8 to 10 minutes, turning after 5, until cooked.
