Step 1: Mix all ingredients except for shrimp in a large plastic bag.
Step 2: Add shrimp and mix making sure all shrimp are coated.
Step 3: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Step 4: Place six shrimp per skewer.
Step 5: Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray and add skewers.
Step 6: Cook in a preheated 425 degree fahrenheit oven for 8 to 10 minutes, turning after 5, until cooked.
