Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with Pam.

Step 2

Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Place them in the oven and cook for about 45 minutes.

Step 4

In a separate saucepan, set heat to medium and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Once everything is combined thoroughly, bring to a boil.

Step 5

Remove wings from the oven and place in a large bowl.

Step 6

Add the sauce over the wings and toss to coat. Enjoy!

Taste flavour fantastic. I used a kilo of wings though only used the sauce for 1/2 kilo and even then I had heaps and I also simmered the sauce down by half to intense the flavour so for me for a kilo of wings (without tips) I would use half the amount of sauce for 1/2 kilo of wings and by reducing the sauce you have a slightly thicker sauce which really coats the wings giving you some finger licking wings and well finger bowls and napkins would not go amiss and the DH and I devoured all 8 wings between us and the were super delicious moist and a pleasure to eat, thank you Judeka, made for Alphabet Soup game
