Step by Step Method

Step 1

Fry bacon, onion, garlic and jalapeno in skillet until onion softens.

Step 2

Add chopped cabbage, sliced cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, Italian parsley and soy sauce.

Step 3

Continue cooking until cabbage is crisp-tender and tomatoes start to break down.
