Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Mix well, do not over mix or you will have tough meatballs. Cover and place in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 3
Prepare an extra large baking sheet. Line with parchment paper.
Step 4
Using a 1 tablespoon measuring spoon, scoop out meat and place on baking sheet. After all meatballs have been scooped onto tray, roll into balls. (If you lightly wet your hands the meatballs will form better and crack less.)
Step 5
Bake for 16-18 minutes or until cooked completely.
Step 6
While meatballs are baking, prepare wing sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine all sauce ingredients. Stir to combine cook until ingredient come together, around 4-5 minutes.
Step 7
Remove meatballs from oven. Coat all meatballs in the sauce, or serve the sauce in a separate bowl for dipping. Serve.
