Step 1

Place chicken pieces in a large plastic bag or bowl.

Step 2

Combine marinade ingredients in large measuring cup or bowl and then pour over chicken. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or longer. Drain chicken; discard marinade.

Step 3

Grill chicken over medium high heat for 20-30 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.

A very tasty recipe...I cut it down to serve 2...there was a lot of marinade...it was enough for at least 4 pieces of chicken...I used skinless, boneless breast...I was wishing it had more spicy flavors...I let it marinade for 6 hours...served it with corn on the cob and grilled potato wedges...thanks for sharing your recipe...made for "Billboard" tag game...
