"Easy and delicious. Makes for a great weeknight dinner. Serve with some baked oven fries and a salad; for, a quick and easy dinner. I saw this online to use with chicken wings; but, I really preferred the drumsticks or legs. Also, I added a few extra ingredients to my liking."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Chicken ... First, remove the chicken from the refrigerator, pat dry; then, add all the seasonings to a small bowl - and, mix to combine. Season the chicken on all sides; and, let it rest on the counter to take the chill off (a good 30-40 minutes). You don't want to bake COLD chicken.
Step 2
Bake ... Now, I love to use a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or foil, and top with a baking rack. Now, it is recommended; but, not necessary. You can add the chicken directly on the parchment or foil. However, the backing rack allows the chicken to brown evenly on both sides without flipping. If you don't use a baking rack; spray the paper or foil with a non stick spray.
Step 3
Cook in a 425 oven, on the middle shelf; until you get an internal temperature of 165 degrees which is safe; But, I like to go a bit higher temp for the legs. They will actually remain a bit PINK; yet, if they are 165, they are done. I usually will let legs go to 170 for my tastes ... and they still are very juicy. I also flip them once during cooking; especially if you do not use a baking rack. Total cooking time is between 25 and 40 minutes, depending on the size of the drumsticks/legs. Once, I got small legs ... the next time, 'monster' legs. So, you just have to be aware - size does matter, when it comes to cooking times.
Step 4
Sauce ... Add all the ingredients to a large bowl; and, mix to combine. Then, add the chicken legs; and toss in the sauce. I simply melted the butter in the microwave.
Step 5
Simply Plate and ENJOY! ... As the chicken bakes ... throw in some oven fries; then, add a salad, for a quick dinner.
