Step by Step Method
Step 1
Rub the spices into the salmon fillets.
Step 2
In a medium frying pan heat the oil.Add salmon.
Step 3
Cook 2 or 3 minutes on each side. . The salmon needs to be seared.
Step 4
Serve over rice and decorate with some sweet Thai chili sauce.
