Baby beef liver is so tender and our favorite liver to use. We loved how good the liver tasted sitting in that flavorful sour cream sauce. Beef Liver Stroganoff is what I will call it from now on. It tasted great over garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed garlic and butter green beans, with some bread and butter to sop up that delicious gravy!

We are liver lovers and this was so different than the way we usually have liver that I was excited to try it. It was delicious! I served it with mashed potatoes and stewed tomatoes and zucchini. My husband and I both loved it!

If you like liver you will love it! Wow, I can't believe how much I liked this. I halved the recipe as I was making it for just two, and we ate it all! I served garlic mashed potatoes and a mix of peas and mushrooms for a side. It will be repeated!
