Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook the chicken leg. and thighs and ham bone in the bouillon with the carrots, bay leaf, onion and turnips for 60 minutes on a simmer in stock pot.

Step 2

Remove chicken, debone and chop, removing skin.

Step 3

Add meat back into broth.

Step 4

Add potatoes and noodles.

Step 5

Simmer 20 minutes

Step 6

Remove ham bone and bay leaf.

Step 7

Add parsley and lemon juice.

Step 8

Season to taste.
