Step 1: Cook the chicken leg. and thighs and ham bone in the bouillon with the carrots, bay leaf, onion and turnips for 60 minutes on a simmer in stock pot.
Step 2: Remove chicken, debone and chop, removing skin.
Step 3: Add meat back into broth.
Step 4: Add potatoes and noodles.
Step 5: Simmer 20 minutes
Step 6: Remove ham bone and bay leaf.
Step 7: Add parsley and lemon juice.
Step 8: Season to taste.
