Cook pasta for 2 minutes less than instructions on the packet.
While the pasta cooks, heat oil in a large frypan and cook bacon until it starts to turn golden and then add garlic, lemon zest, chilli flakes and fresh chilli and sizzle another 30 seconds.
Add the prawns and stir-fry over medium heat until they change colour (2 to 3 minutes).
Drain pasta, reserving a half cup of the cooking liquid.
Add pasta, lemon juice, salt, pepper and reserved cooking liquid to the pan with the prawns and toss over heat so the pasta absorbs the flavours.
Sprinkle on parsley and serve with parmesan.
