Step 1: Cook pasta for 2 minutes less than instructions on the packet.
Step 2: While the pasta cooks, heat oil in a large frypan and cook bacon until it starts to turn golden and then add garlic, lemon zest, chilli flakes and fresh chilli and sizzle another 30 seconds.
Step 3: Add the prawns and stir-fry over medium heat until they change colour (2 to 3 minutes).
Step 4: Drain pasta, reserving a half cup of the cooking liquid.
Step 5: Add pasta, lemon juice, salt, pepper and reserved cooking liquid to the pan with the prawns and toss over heat so the pasta absorbs the flavours.
Step 6: Sprinkle on parsley and serve with parmesan.
