"This is a very simple and delicious recipe for sole. I make this when time if of the essence. Under 10 minutes for the thickness of sole that I can get. Found this on Taste of Home...but have added the lemon juice to deglaze the pan and switched up the fat."

What a delicious fish dish...we really enjoyed the dill flavors along with all the butter...I used tilapia and served it with rice and steamed broccoli...made for "Billboard" tag game...yum...

I used Tilapia for this in lieu of sole (it's too expensive at the moment) and followed the recipe as per directions; it was delicious!!! Yum, perfectly seasoned and the pan juices are amazing. This is now one of my favorite fish recipes.

We enjoyed the sole cooked this way which I think will also work for other fish. I used dried dill weed, so skipped adding more dill at the end, but otherwise made as directed. Served with baby potatoes and salad. Thanks for sharing!

Hey this was pretty good. I don't have a lot of experience cooking fish at home, so I was glad that this is a forgiving recipe. It was good with the sauce. We had it with mashed potatoes. Sole is expensive or I'd make this a lot!
