Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add peas and bell peppers. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes, depending on how crisp you like your vegies.
Step 4
Stir in the basil, sugar, lemon rind, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add lemon juice and sauté for another 30 seconds.
Step 6
Serve.
