  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Step 2: Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.

  • Step 4: Stir in the basil, sugar, lemon rind, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 30 seconds.
