Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook the bacon in a covered skillet.
Step 2
Remove and set aside on a paper towel lined plate.
Step 3
Add onions and cook until translucent.
Step 4
Add garlic and green beans in and stir till coated with bacon grease.
Step 5
Add black pepper and keep stirring.
Step 6
Simmer for a few minutes and use 1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke and a 1/4 teaspoon of Montreal steak seasoning or to taste.
Step 7
Simmer a few minutes and add the crumbled bacon you removed earlier.
Step 8
Let simmer covered until hot.
