Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix mayonnaise, brie and horseradish together. I usually let this sit overnight to allow the flavours to meld.
Step 2
Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons of this mixture on each baguette piece.
Step 3
Place a slice of salmon on each baguette piece.
Step 4
Top with onion and capers.
Step 5
Drizzle lightly with olive oil, optional.
Step 6
Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
