We loved this tasty dish...I subbed a Poblano pepper for the green pepper...we liked the added heat even through I used a hot salsa...there's only two of use so I have 4 servings hanging in the freezer waiting for their day to be eaten...hubby ate his with a side of buttered flour tortillas...made for FYC tag game...
