Step by Step Method
Step 1
Layer potatoes, carrots in bottom of slow cooker, then add sauerkraut, onion celery.
Step 2
Once vegetables are layered in cooker, spread sausage slices on top, then mix water and soup, pour over all.
Step 3
Cook on "High" for 4 hours, or 8 hours on "Low". Enjoy.
