Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound sausage meat (of your choice, sliced in 1/2 inch pieces)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 248 grams saurkruat (1 3/4 cups bavarian kraut drained or regular kraut with 1 teaspoon brown sugar)
  • 3 cups potatoes, diced (peeled)
  • 3/4 cup chopped yellow onions
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Layer potatoes, carrots in bottom of slow cooker, then add sauerkraut, onion celery.

  • Step 2: Once vegetables are layered in cooker, spread sausage slices on top, then mix water and soup, pour over all.

  • Step 3: Cook on "High" for 4 hours, or 8 hours on "Low". Enjoy.
