Step by Step Method

Step 1

Brown meat and onions. Drain

Step 2

Layer half of each ingredient in order in crockpot. (sausage and onion, green pepper, noodles, mushrooms, pepperoni, pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.)

Step 3

Repeat layers.

Step 4

Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours.

Step 5

Note: Keep rigatoni noodles covered with sauce so they don't become dry and crunchy.
