Step 1: Brown meat and onions. Drain
Step 2: Layer half of each ingredient in order in crockpot. (sausage and onion, green pepper, noodles, mushrooms, pepperoni, pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.)
Step 3: Repeat layers.
Step 4: Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours.
Step 5: Note: Keep rigatoni noodles covered with sauce so they don't become dry and crunchy.
