Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a slow cooker, combine the chicken,with all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4-4 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.

Step 2

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice and a side of veggies if preferred.

We've also served a portion of the chicken shredded in tacos to please the kiddos.

We enjoyed chicken cooked this way. I chose to use the envelope of dry mushroom soup and also only 1 can of chiles and for the seasoning used herbed de providence which seemed to work out well. Served with mashed potatoes, which also worked out well. Thanks for sharing!
