Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a blender combine the soy sauce, both sugars, molasses or honey, cayenne pepper, garlic and ginger and black pepper; blend until smooth.

Step 2

Place the frozen unthawed wings in a greased disposable aluminum 10 x 12-inch pan. Pour sauce mixture over frozen chicken wings.

Step 3

Place oven rack to second-lowest oven. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 275 degrees and bake for 1 3/4 to 2 hours, turning and basting every 30-40 minutes. When wings are done they will be tender. Remove from sauce and serve immediately or keep warm in a crockpot.

These were so easy to prepare...I loved that you cook them from the frozen state...they came out nice and tender and sticky...loved the flavor...these will be made again...made for "Pick Me" tag game...
