Step 1

Separate broccoli florets.

Step 2

Peel stems and cut into 1 1/2" slices.

Step 3

Heat oil in wok or skillet.

Step 4

Add broccoli and cook, stirring, 1 minute.

Step 5

Add salt, water and sugar.

Step 6

Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 minutes.

Step 7

Uncover and cook, stirring, 2 minutes.

Step 8

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
